About Us

Feed Me Online are the market leader in providing takeaways and restaurants with their own mobile apps and websites.

We supply a platform that allows businesses to free themselves from the expensive online ordering platforms and grow their business at the same time.

We are currently looking for an organised, self-motivated Accounts Assistant to support our company's growth. This is a new role within the business and the right candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience with both payroll and accounts.

Feed Me Online is a leading supplier of websites and apps for the fast food sector. We handle millions of pounds worth of transactions each month for our clients. Dealing with such large sums of money means we have a great responsibility to our customer base to ensure their funds and any transfers they request are in safe hands.

Role Responsibilities

  • Processing client fund requests and general balance enquiries.
  • Processing the company's monthly payroll.
  • Maintain the payroll records by gathering, calculating & inputting data.
  • Processing new starters and leavers.
  • Processing holiday, SSP, SMP and SPP.
  • Answering staff queries about wages, deductions, etc.
  • Good understanding of PAYE and NIC.
  • Processing sickness and other absences in line with company policies.
  • Collating and processing overtime payments and payroll deductions.
  • Processing of tax year end and annual reporting including P11Ds.
  • Monthly invoice inputting into Quickbooks.
  • Supporting the finance manager with any other ad hoc duties that are required.
  • Looking at where we can cut any costs if applicable.

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in an accounts payable team.
  • AAT Qualification (desirable).
  • Experience of working in a high volume input role.
  • High level of IT skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
