About Us

Feed Me Online are the market leader in providing takeaways and restaurants with their own mobile apps and websites.

We supply a platform that allows businesses to free themselves from the expensive online ordering platforms and grow their business at the same time.

Feed Me Online is on track for major growth in 2024 and, as a result, is on the lookout for a Head of Business Development, who can effectively manage our next big expansion. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company in a market that is always booming.

Full product training is given to ensure you know everything about the services that we offer. The role will provide a generous commission structure on top of salary.

Role Responsibilities

  • Overseeing both the internal and external Business Development Executives and supporting their personal and professional growth.
  • Supporting the Business Development Executives team in reaching their targets and monitoring their achievements.
  • Ensuring high level of customer care in the post-sales process.
  • Ensuring that our partners are reaching their order targets.
  • Ensuring existing partner businesses are kept active and don't see a drop in order revenue.
  • Actively researching the markets to identify and accommodate customer needs.
  • Working with other departments to deliver joint projects.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Develop and manage KPIs for both the internal and external BDM team.

Essential Skills

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management (ideally in SMB segment).
  • Experience in managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales of SaaS products or/and marketplaces.
  • Any experience in expanding a sales team would be a nice addition.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and have the ability to draw in sights from market trends. Able to build good working relationships with the field team, support their individual needs and show empathy towards all members of staff.
  • Have strong communication skills with effective presentation skills. Keep a level head in stressful situations when needed. Be inspiring and have the ability to organise priorities.
  • Be positive, proactive and highly motivated about the job.
  • A full driving licence is essential for this job role.
